Tianqi Q-Series Automatic / Oval Printing Machine

· Adopts high-precision full-servo drive and precise multi-point positioning system, ensuring long-term efficient and stable operation of the whole machine.

· Equipped with an intelligent CNC fine-tuning registration system with one-key reset, repeat order without re-registration, as well as advanced functions such as data call-up and storage.

· Supports IoT connectivity, allowing remote control and real-time monitoring of multiple machines in the workshop via mobile phone or PC.

· Supports interchangeable large and small screens with freely adjustable distance and one-key travel locking, making operation easy and efficient.

· Electromagnetic screen adsorption eliminates manual locking, ensuring stable placement and no shaking. Screens can be removed for washing during color changes with precise registration.

· Table hard-lock connection device (Tianqi patented technology): each platen is locked by a hard connection, enabling variable-pitch compression with no shaking or swinging, stable running, precise positioning and long service life.

·  Quick platen change function: no screws removal, no level adjustment, one-key unlock, meeting the printing demands of cut pieces and ready-made garments.

· Screen horizontal lifting, head-up / head-down modes, time delay, single-side slow lifting and one-key screen washing to satisfy various printing processes.

· Steel-structured platen arms with galvanized steel plate and baking finish provide double protection against rust, with low scraper pressure settlement and high supporting strength.

· Heavy-duty wide-body steel frame with full internal reinforcement, featuring high weight, strong rigidity, anti-shaking and higher printing accuracy.

· One-key platen call function: for positions 1 to 15, Tianqi machines enable automatic arrival with one key, while other models require dozens of manual operations.

Tianqi Intelligent – Gantry-Type Large Platen Series

· Supports customization for extra-large sizes to meet clients’ needs for large-area printing.

· The print head is supported by external columns for enhanced stability, reliability and higher printing precision.

· Sub-rail is installed under the platen arm for stronger support and better smoothness.

· A manual fabric laying station is reserved in the middle, making the placement of large-area substrates more convenient and efficient.

· The suspended flash dryer is unaffected by ground conditions and ensures even heating. It is equipped with high-efficiency, energy-saving carbon fiber double-row U-shaped heating tubes. The flash dryer can slide left and right to the required position according to the printing area, and the corresponding heating zones can be activated selectively.

· Color touch screen HMI (Human-Machine Interface) delivers an intuitive and user-friendly operating experience, and supports fault self-diagnosis and troubleshooting prompts.

Tianqi Oval & Digital Printing Machine

Highly Integrated: Oval multi-station plus direct-to-garment digital printing, eliminates the need for plate making, shortens production cycle, with a capacity of 27,000–30,000 pieces per day or 450–500 pieces per hour.

Flexible Processes: Supports combinations of screen printing + digital printing, full digital white & color printing, etc. Multi-colors can be completed in one pass, suitable for thick plate printing, flocking, discharge printing and other processes.

TQ-KYOCCERA-12

Equipped with 12 Kyocera print heads, this machine features high precision and high speed. It supports both pixel stepping printing mode and scanning printing mode. It can achieve a 31cm print length per step and perfectly replace traditional printing.
